That said–many of the wealthiest investors use capital gains as something akin to a tax loophole. As a part of her presidential campaign, Vice President Harris is proposing a tax policy aimed at the ultra wealthy, who have been exploiting capital gains for some time. This would also relieve the tax burden of the rest of us somewhat.
