A lot of frontline companies have historically had high turnover. But does it have to be that way?

Even though many in the workforce still view jobs in areas like retail, hospitality, and food services as short-term options, ongoing labour shortages mean People Leaders in these industries need to try and foster long-term retention and growth in order to build a sustainable talent pipeline in the next decade.

In this week's Culture Clinic, Guusto’s Co-Founder Skai Dalziel and executive HR and Total Rewards Expert Shelley DaCosta are joined by special guest Kirsti Stubbs, former Manager of Global Talent Acquisition at Starbucks to discuss how to increase retention in frontline workplaces.
