Tracey chats with Anna Swackhammer and Carson Lewis, members of the Ontario Equestrian GRIT team, about their experiences on the team and what they've been able to learn from OE's elite training program for young riders. The trio discuss how important it is to maintain balance between trying to achieve goals in the ring while keeping other aspects of their lives maintained as well.
