Carlos Martinez, Co-Founder of leading AV integrator Lumibuild joins Hiring University to share his outlook for what the remote and in-office workplace will look like as we recover from the pandemic.
Before starting Lumibuild in 2016, Carlos led AV teams at tech stalwarts including Uber, Zynga, and Tesla as these companies were in the midst of hockey stick growth.
"There are no more large gatherings of folks, so the biggest change, the biggest challenge is how do we connect everyone? How do we have these global meetings or even department meetings without piling into a room? So streaming becomes really critical and the stability of these streaming platforms knowing that now the content may actually be produced at home!"
