She has a website where she shares travel resources and camping/hiking tips with a focus on the San Diego area. She has led women hikes in the San Diego area and likes to encourage females to get outdoors. We talk about her temporary van life in California and she shares some tips on living the van life. We also talk about her professional career as a nurse and how that has influenced her outdoor experience. Many people head out into the wilderness unprepared for emergencies and we talk about some basic items everyone should carry in their emergency kits.
