My guest’s life began in pain, heartache, and a childhood that left him feeling alone, not good enough, and deeply unworthy. To survive, he built walls, thick ones, around his heart. It wasn’t until years later, when he found therapy and then stepped into the work himself, that he began to see just how much of his life was shaped by those walls.
