Have you ever felt so exhausted that you’ve found yourself dreading the things that only a few weeks/months ago brought you all sorts of joy? Do you feel that your energy and willingness to engage with your daily routines have evaporated? If the answer to any of these questions is yes, you might be engaged in a silent battle with a major public health enemy: burnout. In this episode, I’ll share with you my own burnout story and what I am doing to tackle it.

Unfortunately, burnout is pretty much everywhere. The stats don’t lie. According to the SHRM’s Employee Mental Health Research Series, 44% of the survey respondents feel burned out and 51% report feeling “used up” at the end of their workday. It seems that in today’s work culture, burnout has become a standard.

However, as it turns out, this 21st century is not limited to traditional workplaces. In this episode, I’ll share with you my own burnout story and what I am doing to tackle it.
