Rachel and Dr. Eric Broadworth discuss the importance of programing proper training volume and frequency to avoid injury and improve performance. Rachel shares her secret overcoming injuries and staying in peak condition which has led to 2 CrossFit competition wins this year as well as some new plans on the horizon involving online training for clients.
Rachel is so busy with her work and the constant flow of new clients that she cannot keep up with it all. So to help more people with their training and improve their fitness she is developing a website that will have training to cater to all levels, whether you are brand new to exercise and fitness or you are an experienced weight lifter and CrossFit athlete.
