Hi folks, Today we talk about three different tools that can help you remember to take your medications. Life becomes busy and the human mind is fickle. It is completely normal to forget to take your medications. I would actually argue if you don’t set up a system to support yourself I would EXPECT you to forget. Hi folks, So today we are taking a deep dive into how to keep track of your daily weights to manage your heart failure. Taking accurate daily weights that you can report to your physician is extremely important because they often impact how your doctor wants to dose your medication. In this episode we will briefly talk about why heart failure impacts your weight and why we as providers care so much about little changes. Then we will talk about how you can get the most accurate weights at home, because little variations do make a big difference! We go into how to set up your scale station and then what to do every day to get consistent information. If you follow all these tips, your doctor will love you for getting all the information they need to take care of you well.
