In today’s episode, I’m sharing the biggest epiphany I ever had about routines: real change doesn’t come from a giant overhaul, it comes from one baby step at a time. I’ll walk you through how I shifted out of chaos by focusing on perfecting a single routine before adding the next. From rebuilding my mornings to stacking evening resets, workouts, and podcasting rhythms, I’m breaking down how I created a sustainable routine that fits my real life and how you can do the same.

Ultimately, I’m challenging you to stop waiting for a magical “perfect routine” to appear and instead build one that actually fits your season. You don’t need more hustle you need habits that are worth repeating. And it starts with just one.
