In this final episode of the Summer Stackdown Challenge, I’m walking you through the real, raw journey of how I rebuilt my fitness routine using habit stacking—starting with black coffee and 10 squats, and slowly building up to a full 6-day-a-week workout plan.

You’ll hear the small steps I took to reconnect with my body, how I used movement snacks to wake up my muscles, and how I now use a structured morning routine block to support intense training and personal care.

Ultimately, I’m challenging you to take action on your own routine. What could happen if you stopped waiting for the perfect time and started stacking one small win at a time?
