I’m sharing the 8 micro steps I use to build flexible, realistic habit stacks that survive real-life interruptions—especially summer chaos. I’ll walk you through my Re-Stack Method, breaking it down so you can stop just reacting to the overwhelm and start building routines that support you (instead of stressing you out). Whether you’re trying to keep your morning reset routine, stay ahead of meal planning, or just stop the laundry from overflowing—this episode will give you a strategy to start building stacks that work for your real life.

Ultimately, I’m challenging you to grab a notebook, follow along, and map out your very first habit stack using these 8 steps so you can finally feel in control of your days again—even when summer throws curveballs.
