Do you ever feel like gratitude sounds nice in theory… but hard to actually feel when you’re overwhelmed?
Are you finding it difficult to slow down and appreciate the season you’re in because everything feels loud, busy, or just plain exhausting?

In today’s episode, I’m sharing the truth most moms never say out loud: gratitude doesn’t always come naturally — especially in the seasons where we need it the most. I’m talking about the early baby years, the overstimulated toddler seasons, the long days, the messy days, and even the sweet-but-busy holiday moments where you’re trying to hold everything together. You’ll hear a personal story about my first Thanksgiving as a brand-new mom, and how that season taught me the power of slowing down and intentionally reaching for gratitude, even when it didn’t feel easy.

Ultimately, I’m challenging you to build a simple, tiny gratitude habit you can weave into your daily routine — something realistic, something you can return to even when you’re tired, and something that grounds you in what really matters. Gratitude isn’t just a feeling; it’s a practice. And when you stack it on intentionally, it has the power to shift your whole day.
