Welcome to Grilled by The Staff Canteen, this is series 5 and it's our first episode with co-host Aaron Middleton, who previously worked at Le Manoir, The Ledbury and Hide and now you'll find him on his very successful social media channels. He also competed in MasterChef: The Professionals.
Aaron has picked five guests from the hospitality industry to chat to and put under the Grilled spotlight, and his fourth guest is Liam Nichols, head chef at Michelin-starred Store at Stoke Mill in Norwich.
