Week 19 Day 1 - Today's affirmation is "I am Doing Things With My Other Hand . . . I Take My Time in Using My Other Hand for Tasks."
This week are are using our non-dominant hand more, because using our non-dominant hand can help us with our creativity and problem solving. Similarly we are going to slow many processes down and bring other (non-dominant) people's ideas to the table so that everyone can add their gifts to the table or develop new gifts.
Our song for the week is Pachabel's "Cannon in D".
This week we are Diffusing a Blend of 2 drops each of Lemon (The Oil of focus), Geranium (The Oil of Love & Trust) and Lemongrass (The Oil of Cleansing). We will briefly go over each of the oils, but stay tuned for the next few episodes as we dive deeper into their emotional and physical benefits.
