We all do it, when you know you should be doing something else but you continue watching that next episode on Netflix. You know the last thing you should be doing is comparing yourself to other people on social media, for another hour of mindless scrolling on instagram. So if we know we shouldn't do it, then why do we continue to do so? There are a few solid reasons that I can come up with, which I talk about on todays podcast!
Always remember to stay focused and driven, make some time even though you may be pressed for it. You'll see, though, when you start making some progress towards certain things your ambition grows and you'll start to all of a sudden make more time. Maybe what we aren't laking in isn't time but its ambition for something. Let's find out!
