Here are a few ways as a salon owner to keep your stylists busy: First off - you need to look cohesive and professional or stylists will not want to work with you. It takes 16 times of seeing your brand for someone to make a decision to book it’s a no brainer to run ads otherwise you’re gonna book slowly!
