Maybe you've been in a constant seesaw of diets where you've lost weight, gained weight, lost weight and gained weight.

It can feel like all you ever think about is food - then comes a cycle of pleasure followed by guilt, followed by pleasure, and then more guilt. And the horrible cycle continues.

What if you could actually change your thinking and break the 'on the wagon, off the wagon' cycle of dieting?

Well, that's exactly what my guest Tanja Shaw helps midlife women over 50 to do.

In today's episode Tanja and I chat about how we can break unhelpful patterns of thinking and get beyond the BS diet fads and obsession that often keep us tied to emotional eating and stop us leading the best life we can.
