Heather and I talk about Purity culture and discipline inside the fundamentalist evangelical movement. We discuss how the influence of Focus on the family and Dr. James Dobson's books (dare to discipline and the strong willed child) caused girls to view respect as fear. We also share our opinion that Purity culture caused girls to accept and expect to be victims. thank you for listening. Heather exemplifies love in every way.
