These days, it's hard to find a person without some chronic inflammation. Why does that matter? Inflammation is the source of most chronic diseases, such as diabetes, heart disease, and even some cancers. If we have inflammation, we need to do something about it. And the easiest way to reduce inflammation is to slow down and relax more!
