Can we really rewire our brains to overcome addiction and chronic stress? Join me, Dr. Kristi Tompkins as I welcome Dr. Jennifer Cory, an esteemed clinical psychologist with over two decades of experience, who shares her profound insights into the multifaceted nature of addictive behaviors. From her unique blend of professional training and personal history, Dr. Cory unpacks the biological, psychological, and social layers of addiction. Learn about the rising impact of social media, the critical role of psychoeducation, and how codependency patterns particularly affect maternal mental health, offering a comprehensive understanding of addiction within family systems.

Imagine transforming your health crisis through the power of neuroplasticity and dynamic neural retraining. Dr. Cory recounts compelling stories of battling chronic fatigue, chemical sensitivities, and chronic stress, and how rewiring the brain's threat responses brought about remarkable improvements. The discussion underscores the importance of involving family in these healing practices, presenting a holistic approach to achieving resilience and health.

What if your future self could escape the cycle of repetitive stress? Dr. Cory explores creating a future-oriented mindset, breaking free from stress cycles, and rediscovering flow states through neuroplasticity programs like DNRS.
