The process of creativity is messy and poses a challenge to any artist, entrepreneur or leader.

But, as any high performer knows, the payoff is worth the journey.

In this episode, I discuss two “creativity killers” that get in the way of progress and the ways we can maneuver around them. Overcoming judgment and comparison are essential for creating at a consistent level, so we can manifest our creative dreams and desires.

The beauty of a well-functioning creative team, working in collaboration, is one of the most rewarding endeavors and one of my favorite ways to have fun.
