Let's way you're at a party. You see someone you know, but you've forgotten their name. You think to yourself, "and you are....?" We've all had this happen, right? We see someone we know that we've met, but we can't remember their name. What do you do?
In this episode, I talk about several ways you can handle this kind of situation. Two ways that are not so good, and one way that I recommend.
I also talk about the reason why many of us feel uncomfortable in these situations, and it comes down to how we view ourselves and our own authenticity. I also share a reframe on how we can get over that feeling.
