Uke Mike is an excellent example of how BJJ is not only great for the body but can also be an incredible tool for the mind. He has a fantastic story of overcoming many adversities from being overweight and drug addiction. Mike is very open about how if it was not for his love of Jiu-Jitsu, he might not be on this Earth still.
