Everyone feels anxious sometimes, and if you have chronic anxiety or an anxiety disorder, these feelings can make it challenging to get through the day.
Anxiety coping skills can help you manage anxious thoughts and feelings in the moment. Different coping skills work for different people, so hopefully one of these seven skills can help you or someone you know to deescalate some of the intrusive thoughts that may come with anxiety and panic.
No matter what’s causing your anxiety, developing a few coping skills can make all the difference. Just knowing you have some coping skills to rely on can provide comfort in times that anxiety and panic hit.
