Join host Cyndee Woolley as she sits down with Giuseppe Quarata, a kingdom-driven entrepreneur and founder of Quarata Consulting, for an eye-opening conversation about building businesses that honor both purpose and profit. In this episode of Cutting Through the Clutter, Giuseppe shares his unique approach to helping faith-based entrepreneurs—particularly in food, beverage, and e-commerce—scale their operations without sacrificing their values, health, or family relationships.
Drawing from his background as an electrical engineer turned business strategist, Giuseppe reveals the critical importance of proper priorities: putting God first, health second, family third, and business fourth. He candidly discusses his own journey of working 80-hour weeks after his son's birth and the wake-up call that redirected his approach to entrepreneurship.
This conversation dives deep into practical strategies for maintaining work-life balance, from calendar organization and notification management to building premium brand experiences that compete in today's AI-driven marketplace. Giuseppe explains the difference between being "nice" versus being "kind" in business, shares insights from premium brands like Ritz-Carlton and Louis Vuitton, and discusses how to create "unreasonable hospitality" that sets your business apart.
Whether you're a faith-based entrepreneur looking to scale without burnout, or any business leader seeking to infuse authentic values into premium brand experiences, this episode offers actionable wisdom on stewarding your calling while building a thriving enterprise. Giuseppe's message is clear: let God do the heavy lifting while you show up in obedience and excellence.
Perfect for: Faith-based entrepreneurs, business owners struggling with work-life balance, leaders building premium brands, and anyone interested in values-driven business strategy.

Today's guest is Giuseppe Quarata, a Kingdom-driven entrepreneur, business coach, and Founder & CEO of Quarata Consulting and the Prestige Evolution System. Originally from Italy and now based in the U.S., Giuseppe helps faith-based entrepreneurs—especially in the food, beverage, and e-commerce space—build businesses with purpose, integrity, and excellence.
With a background in electrical engineering, including work as a Senior Verification Engineer at Schneider Electric, and studies at Charis Bible College, Giuseppe brings a unique combination of analytical precision and biblical wisdom to business strategy. He holds Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. He's also a published author on technical optimization and currently serves as Fractional CTO/CMO for Black Scottie Chai.
What makes Giuseppe different is his mission to help leaders steward their calling and scale without burnout by combining practical strategy, automation, and branding with biblical principles. His approach is simple: to empower others to let God do the heavy lifting—while they show up in obedience and excellence.
