For the past 5 years, Telma's been working in client management and conflict mediation as a client advocate.
Most of her experience was in financial markets, being her latest experience at Aon, where she managed an extensive portfolio of both large and multinational accounts.
She has joined Demodesk 8 months ago with the mission of reinforcing the Success Team and help her team grow its business and designing creative strategies to improve and retain customers.
A big part of her day is spent brainstorming and testing out new ideas while building narrow relationships with her clients, so the biggest challenge here is to keep up with her high energy levels and her Southern Europe smile!
