Health care critic challenges plan to turn one-person Corner Brook hospital rooms to two-person

The provincial government plans to add new long-term care beds to Western Memorial Hospital, to make room for more patients. Right now, people who need long-term care are using acute care beds, which is putting a strain on the hospital's resources. On Monday, Teara Freake, the Chief Operating Officer for the western zone of NL Health Services, talked about how the hospital is planning to address the problem. PC Health Critic Barry Petten spoke with us.
