One of my biggest passions is empowering you to understand your unique energy body.

In my trainings I teach how to manage your energy field so that you know how to thrive on this planet.

Learning how to manage my energy field was a game changer for me.

I had so much pain emotionally, mentally and physically growing up and was often so anxious and overwhelmed that I didn’t want to be here; plus I suffered from eating disorders.

It wasn’t until I devoted myself to learning how to manage on a subtle energetic level, or what some call the ‘invisible worlds’, that I learnt how to cope and what my needs truly are so I could thrive physically and how to be around other people.

This is what my energy school is all about: your own self empowerment to really understand yourself and find where you truly belong so you can start thriving.

For those of us that we know we have that call to service and want to apply those healing arts with others, in my courses you will learn how to heal others in a way that has integrity where you thrive from it.

It is my mission to provide you with the resources that will help you do your work without feeling drained or sick and have to tools to truly help others, whether in person or remotely.

From 2020 onwards, I’ve successfully transitioned my courses to online format and it’s been so rewarding to see that we can actually heal ourselves and empower one another from all over the world.

The subtle world of energy is so magical, that we don’t need to be in the same room to stay connected and touch each other at a deeper level.

There’s an up leveling of how powerful and magical when you have an understanding of the energy field; how it actually can contract or expands when you embody and how it can shrink when you are weak.

In my trainings you will learn how to deal with your own blockages and how to disolve them.

You’ll find the way to deal with past pain and trauma, both from your own life and ancestral imprints.
