It's 2003. The Bush administration's 'War on Terror' is raging. A United States Marine Corps lawyer named Dan Mori is about to be thrust onto the world stage in a fight against his own country's Military Commission system.
Mori will become defence lawyer for David Hicks, an Australian captured in Afghanistan and imprisoned at Guantanamo Bay in the aftermath of the September 11 terrorist attacks.
Lieutenant Colonel (Ret.) Dan Mori reflects on the flawed and politically-driven case against his client.
