After a hiatus of several months I’m back with fresh insights on overcoming sleep and stress challenges and finally ready to share the pivotal revelation that kept me away and has been a game-changer in my own personal journey with sleep and stress management.

In This Episode We Dive Into:

  1. My personal discovery of a tool that has helped me as well as my clients when we have an arsenal of sleep and stress busting tools, but something inside us keeps resisting implementing them.
  2. Why using health trackers to assess your own health and improve your sleep and stress is an invaluable tool, but one that we won’t focus 100% on in this podcast anymore.
  3. Personalizing the recovery tools you use for sleep and stress management are the key to your success. What works for one person may not work for another.
  4. I’ll dive into how working with IFS (Internal Family Systems ) ‘parts’ can help clients and listeners move past the point where they feel stuck, enabling them to implement the changes they desire.

Moving forward I will introduce a range of experts in fields related to sleep, stress, and resilience, enhancing this podcast’s content with diverse perspectives and specialized knowledge.
