And when I started doing this, when most people start doing this, I tell them, when you get up in the morning, say you're going to find one thing, one person one event, one experience that you can say, hey, that was pretty good. And then build up to two and three and five. If you do it on a daily basis, or even on a semi regular basis, eventually, you're going to build up those resiliency muscles.”
