What do you do if you slip out of your routine or need to find a more efficient one?

“A routine is just a combination of your habits”
In this episode I talk about what happens if you fall out of your routine and how you can create a routine that is more efficient and effective. Because the reality is that it has to be both. What I know you really want is more time in the day to do what you want. Because everyone in the world only has 24 hours in a day no matter who you are or how much money you have. I talk about how a routine is DIFFERENT for everyone, you have to make one that fits you. Customization is key. Also having one routine that is a base that if you don't complete a 3 hour routine, you don't feel behind. When you can add to the beginning of things or the end of things routine fall better into place. But don't mistake me WE ALL fall off track, and then GET TO re-sink. The Mistake that most people make as well is try to create multiple routines at once. Just start with one thing in a routine like what time you want to wake up and go to bed. Then take when you currently wake up and only scale it back 30 minutes. The point is to have a routine that you keep, not just start.

- 2. What routine do you have that is the strongest and the weakest? (morning + night)
- 3. What does it look like
- 4. Are you putting yourself first or someone or something else?
- 5. How do you create yours, put you first? (commitments, goals, to do list)
- 6. Physical, mental, emotional. Work/personal/future
Takeaway:
Customize a routine that works for you. Keep it simple. What works for someone else will not work for you. Even if it's a partner. Start with one step first. Lock that in, then go from there.
+ Action: Take a look at what time you want to wake up and go to bed and create a plan to wake up 30 minutes earlier every 2 weeks till you hit the number you want.
