“When you are present fear and worry can not exit, because you are in the present moment?”
In this episode I talk about why fear isn’t real and the 6 steps I use to start surrendering. It really is important to acknowledge that fear and worry show up differently in each of our bodies. How to surrender when you can’t see why something didn’t work out. That maybe something even better and bigger is meant for you. But not in the exact way that you see it or want it. If it doesn’t happen in that way we think something is wrong or that it’s not possible for us to be or have it.
In this episode we touch on:
- 1. We are all born to do (BE) something
- 2. You are naturally gifted at something
- 3. If you have something inside of you, its meant to be there
- 4. Who you were as a kid, or the most core connected version of you
Blocks:
- When we are on the wrong path we are corrected. May not be what you want or how you want
- Compartmentalization (life, work, money) doesn't work its all collides
- What other's think (my family or parents)
- Who you feel you "should" be
- Making enough money
Takeaway:
Who you were as a kid is sometimes hard to remember. But important to connect with who you are meant to be.
