In this episode, I share my thoughts and excitement about the concept of free writing. I discuss why free writing is so important - it allows you to overcome mental blocks, tap into your subconscious mind, and get words flowing onto the page without constraints. Even when you feel uninspired or think you have nothing to say, I encourage simply writing whatever comes to mind without judging or editing yourself. The goal is not to produce a perfect piece, but rather to fill the page with words freely. I open up about how free writing has helped me get past my obsession with writing profound, quality pieces. It's a liberating practice that reminds me that nothing is physically stopping me from writing except my own self-doubts and resistance. By free writing regularly, you'll be surprised at the ideas and thoughts that emerge from within. I invite listeners to try free writing for themselves and experience the freedom of putting pen to paper without boundaries.
