⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I initially bought my gym and then ended up doing the 1:1 call. I decided to join the Sculpt and Tone Accountability Program..This was the BEST decision I have ever made. It is truly life-changing....and in a way that is sustainable. I joined, thinking I was just going to get help with workouts and nutrition. It ended up being so much more than that! Yes, I lost inches from my waist, but with guidance from my coach, I developed healthy life skills, such as how to deal with negative emotions, recognize and change eating habits, and most importantly, that it is not just OK but also imperative to make myself a priority and devote time to self care. My coach was there to support me through this whole journey ??, never judging or condescending. Always uplifting and empowering! And yes, the products are AWESOME too! -Alissa
