In working towards completion of my masters degree in Conflict and Dispute Resolution at the University of Oregon, I decided to follow my passion for work dealing with police reform. With that, I created a podcast to examine how an alternative process undertaken in Cincinnati known as the Collaborative Agreement addressed police-community relations and social trust with the African American community. This is done through interviews with individuals directly involved in this process, to offer a unique perspective and insight into this process of high stakes conflict management, and how this can be applied to other cities and communities looking to address similar issues that faced Cincinnati.
