Find a comfortable space where you can sit or lie down without being disturbed. Close your eyes gently and take a moment to settle in. Begin with deep breathing: inhale slowly through your nose, allowing your chest and abdomen to expand. Hold your breath for a moment, then exhale gently through your mouth. Repeat this process three times, allowing each breath to bring a sense of relaxation to your body.

Allow yourself to feel fully present in this peaceful space, letting go of any distractions from the outside world.
