Perfectionism is often associated with high standards of cleanliness and organization, and of course outstanding achievement. You might be surprised, but these are common misconceptions about how perfectionists’ life looks like. In reality, personality traits like perfectionism are associated with feelings of incompleteness, low self-esteem, and being self-critical.
