The church had endured years of waiting as portions of the ceiling fell, the air conditioning ceased to function, the elevator broke down, and significant repairs were required throughout the building.
To rescue their century-old church structure, Christy Jo and the church board made a bold decision to collaborate with a reputable construction company. Their ambitious plan involved reimagining underutilized sections of the church property to construct over 30 cost-effective apartments for senior citizens.
