Todays episode is with the lovely Gemma Houghton, AFLW player for the Fremantle Dockers. Gemma takes us through how her journey in sport started with running and then onto basketball before making her way to playing AFL. Gemma takes us through the strong sense of community that sport provides helps you get through the good and bad times on and off the field.
