Serena George, a student from the University of Ottawa, interviewed Dr. Melissa Fernandez, an assistant professor at the School of Nutrition Sciences at the University of Ottawa. Her research focuses on understanding the impacts of digital food environments on health and nutrition, with a particular interest in food literacy, eating practices, dietary intake, and mental health.
