If you don't forgive someone you're constantly be living in the past. Forgiveness comes from within. In order to do that you have to find one positive thing about that person. There's always one thing you could find in a person that you can latch onto to help your relationship. Once you forgive that person you can take it either way you want. You can rebuild a relationship or you can end it and never see them again. But you will not be reliving the past.
