In this episode, Lucas Connolly talks about RecruitMilitary and what the non-profit does for veterans who are transitioning out. RecruitMilitary bridges military talent to fortune 500-50 companies.
Lucas recounts his stories as a veteran and the attitude he had to keep when keeping his men safe. Under his command none of his men died. Under his command everyone came home safe. Much like how everyone under his command in the civilian world, have the opportunity to get a high paying job. Lucas is also an avid writer on LinkedIn helping educate corporations on why veterans are a good fit for employment.

P.S This was the company I worked at as an intern right after I left the military. And under guidance of my mentors like Lucas, I decided I would take a deeper risk and create a startup.
