In this episode, Durham shares a snapshot of what the past 25 years has been like for himself - both from a pro sport and private sector perspective, what made him open Core Advantage in 1999, some key lessons and learnings, his first crack in pro sport, his specialisation in basketball - in particular women’s basketball, working with NBA players, how to focus key intensive training blocks and the launch into the tech space with Metric VBT plus a whole lot more.
