Labeling our anxiety and panic as an attack can actually intensify the sensations that come along with it, which prevents us from getting on top of our anxiety and panic.

In today’s episode, we offer new ways in managing our anxiety and panic, by first focusing on the labels that we use. This way, we condition our minds to associate anxiety and panic as less threatening!
