Vipassana! A place where you stay silent for 10 days, where you are not allowed to use your smartphone, and where you meditate a lot. I was going through various things in my life and then I realized that I need a break and registered for Vipassana. Vipassana is India's most ancient meditation technique, rediscovered by Gotama the Buddha more than 2600 years ago. The meaning of Vipassana is to see things differently. It is self-purification by self-observation. It is an art of living that one can use to make a positive contribution to society. With the help of meditation, you can know yourself and Vipassana is a journey of knowing yourself. In life, we face many problems and sometimes we get confused because we don't know the way to act. At that time we don't know what is right for us or what is wrong for us. The solution for this is to calm yourself, as soon as your mind becomes clear, your mind will get you the solution you need.
