The mission of AIPIS is to properly educate real estate specialists and investors in the proven methods of income property investments as a road to building wealth. AIPIS Education Program Jason Hartman, internationally known investment property guru, had a vision. The best way to accomplish all of these goals was to offer online courses. Thus, AIPIS was born! Jason Hartman has been involved in several thousand real estate transactions and has owned income properties in 11 states and 17 cities.
