Jose Alfonso is the Owner and Managing Partner of Voiceware, an emerging information technology and telecom group specializing in delivering hosted PBX, Microsoft Solutions, and video conferencing services to businesses. He joins Access Your Leadership to share his decades-long journey in technology, from starting out as a programmer to leading a customer-obsessed company that prides itself on resolving 95% of support tickets in under five minutes.
