Most of us sit at a desk when we email or podcast, right? Ever try a standing desk? Believe it or not, standing at a desk may actually be better for your health than sitting. There are some experts that equate too much sitting to a cardiovascular risk factor. What? Yup, you heard me. It might be as mad as smoking. Recently, Will and I purchased a Jarvis standing desk, and I have to tell you, I am loving it. I think more clearly standing, and I don't feel sluggish. There are various options, some affordable, some more expensive.
